Allergen information on all recipe ingredients is available on each product page, however please be advised that we do use most, if not all allergens in our kitchens and our pastries are unsuitable for people with nut allergies. We also cook different foods in the same equipment.

It's the Persian word for Saffron. Saffron is one of the most luxurious and expensive spices in the world.
How long will you take to make and dispatch my order?
As a small family run business we try our best to get your order prepared as quickly as possible. We freshly bake our pastries and usually dispatch orders within 4 working days of receiving your order and cleared payment.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Your pastries will always be collected by Royal Mail on the same day they are baked, we never bake your pastries the day before. We do not send orders out on a Saturday or Sunday as Royal Mail does not operate collections on weekends. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. If your order is urgent please get in touch before finalising your choices so we can advise of possible delivery timescales.

How long will Royal Mail take to deliver?

Royal Mail have stated delivery aims for delivering parcels. Royal Mail operates on 'working days' and do not include weekends or bank holidays as part of their delivery timescale promises.

My Delivery has not arrived, what should I do?

My order arrived, but something’s not right. What should I do?

If you’re missing items or not happy with something, please email us at support(at)zafaroon.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Please ensure to include your order number and a photo of any incorrect or damaged items. We want you to have the best experience of Zafaroon and we’ll try to fix any issues you may have had.

How long do I have to eat my order once it arrives?

Zafaroon Pastries are fresh products, made to order. We recommend a best before of 3-4 days for pastries when they arrive.
To extend their shelf life we recommend storing your pastries in an airtight container in the fridge, unless the individual product label advises against doing so. See the storage recommendation on each product label.
The majority of our products, unless stated otherwise, freeze well within their best before date for up to one month. Defrost and enjoy at room temperature.
